Founded in Biel in 1983, Piquot-Méridien was a Swiss watch brand that has since disappeared. The brand remained relatively discreet until the early 1990s, when it developed a line of sophisticated regatta watches in collaboration with Dubois-Dépraz, a renowned manufacturer of watch modules, to create specialized movements for regatta timing. Despite this technical innovation, the brand failed to establish itself sustainably and ceased operations in 1998.
